” We chased rabbits yesterday and
couldn’t catch one. Them little critters
run too fast.”
” I know. But I’ve got an idea.”
” Oh God, what?”
” We disguise ourselves as carrots
and sneak up on ’em.”
” Fido. You’re an idiot.”
” Am not.”

I had a dog named Rex, and he would have been gung-ho every day, whether he caught any or not. He still would have called me an idiot!
